Intrepid Museum
For the online environment of the Intrepid Sea, Air, & Space Museum Complex, I lead and manage both front and back-end development and deployment of the institution’s websites, email blasts, databases, and apps. Despite limitations inherent in our currently antiquated web platform, my efforts have led to a much more cohesive, inclusive, user-friendly, and accessible web experience for mobile and desktop, leading to higher conversion and ticket/membership sales.
Additionally, I was involved in developing a convenient and accessible mobile guide allowing visitors to read exhibit information from their smartphones, rather than crowding around signage during Covid-19.
